Joy is one of the most vulnerable emotions to lean into. When we're experiencing joy, we often struggle to lean into it and allow ourselves to feel it fully because we keep waiting for the other shoe to drop. In that moment, we're foreboding joy.

There's only one way out of it: gratefulness. With this necklace I want to encourage you to catch yourself foreboding joy, to touch your heart necklace and to tell yourself the things you're feeling grateful for.
